•Leading a team with abiding solid safety procedures and principles. •Responsible to implement the HSE policy & support the company management for a safer workplace. •Inspect the fire safety equipment and ensure it is in working condition in an emergency. •Conduct daily and scheduled facility inspections for hazard and at-risk behavior observations. •Provide HSE training to all employees regarding the hazards and risks in the workplace. •Conduct regular meetings with clients and contractors to review the HSE performance and discuss gaps. •Conduct Incident Investigations for all kinds of incidents and near misses and find the immediate and root causes. •Conduct risk assessments for all the activities in the workplace and provide suggestions for the operations team. •Ensure the compliance of personal protective equipment by all the employees. •Conduct emergency drills and evaluate the effectiveness of the emergency evacuation plan. •To ensure that the work permit system-PTW is implemented for all the hazardous activities by following all safety precautions. •Co-ordinate and conduct environmental monitoring & tests on air quality, noise, drinking water and light conditions in the workshop and facility to ensure employees are working in safe and healthy atmosphere
