✅ Conduct daily safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE policies. ✅ Assist in implementing and monitoring Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. ✅ Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings for work crews. ✅ Monitor high-risk activities like confined space entry, working at heights, and hot work. ✅ Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety regulations on site. ✅ Participate in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before critical tasks. ✅ Conduct gas testing and atmospheric monitoring for safe operations. ✅ Respond to emergency situations and assist in drills and evacuation procedures. ✅ Maintain fire & safety equipment as per the safety plan. ✅ Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety concerns to implement corrective actions. ✅ Coordinate safety training sessions and follow up on certifications and compliance. ✅ Ensure all personnel are up to date with HSE training and competency requirements.
