I am working as a Drilling and Workover Engineer. I oversee the drilling activities and make plan for the workover activities and plan for the artificial lift where is it required to maximise the production. Here at kharsang oil field we have 70 wells and there is a Drilling campaign going on. So I oversee the day to day activities for the drilling rigs and coordinate with the geologist for the producing wells and if there is sand or wax problem with the well I make plan for the workover activity to be carried out to make the production back to the expected value.we use SRP , PCP and gas lift methods of artificial lift to enhance the production activity. I coordinate with the oil collecting station for the production details and the dispatch details.I plan for the servicing of the equipment’s.
