Currently the Senior Toolpusher at 7 th Gen 2000 HP AC-VFD Automated Land Rig used for drilling upto 6000 m depth and also equipped with HPHT capable systems. Responsible for the day to day drilling operations, safety compliance and crew management at my rig. Carryover the interest of my company in drilling a cost effective and before time oil well. Basically I supervise the drilling operations and make sure that a well is drilled efficiently.Starting with heading the Toolbox meet , complete equipment inspection, directing the driller and crew of their responsibilities and work, looking after the safety protocols and making sure that the rig is operating within the safety standards. Making sure of no Environmental damage or hazard, making note of all the Nearmiss and Accidents on the rig and regular training for crew to make them a safe worker both for the Rig and the Environment.
