I worked as drilling supervisor in the drilling rig and I can work as drilling engineer . I worked with local rigs and international rigs as Nabors, Sinopec,GWDC I have the experience to spud the well and ensure all the sections drilled from drilling with different types of bits, drilling with water based mud and oil based, running different sizes of casing from 30 inch to 4,5 inch, cementing all sizes of casing especially cement liner. I had the experience with horizontal drilling with PDM motors and RSS. I was the first responsible in the rig, managing daily briefing and safety meetings, motivating my personnel to achieve target safely without incident and accident, also for completing the well in less than the planned days and gain days, and reduce down time . I assumed sending daily reports to my managers and daily look ahead.
