Responsibilities: - Prepare tools and ESP Equipment post-shipment to the well site, ensuring accurate delivery of pre-approved inventory and consumables in line with customer specifications. - Install, assemble, and dismantle downhole ESP equipment following manufacturer guidelines for Run-In-Hole (RIH) and Pull-Out-Of-Hole (POOH) procedures; configure and commission VSD/VFD systems, performing required tests based on motor and sub-pump design. - Collaborate with crew members on hands-on mechanical, electrical operations and Cable splicing. - Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) regulations to maintain a safe working environment. - Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ESP surface equipment on-site. - Monitor and survey well performance using SCADA systems; prepare daily and monthly technical reports, provide performance feedback on ESP systems to clients, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
