- Collaborate with the drill crew on location to effectively coordinate operations with the rig and/or production facilities. - Performed multiple onshore Surface Well Testing (SWT) and Drill-Stem Testing (DST) jobs under supervision. - Intensive exposure to Surface well testing, well clean-up & reverse circulation operations at various onshore fields. - Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards through continuous monitoring, assessments, and site inspections. - Monitor high-risk activities closely, including confined space entry, gas testing & air monitoring, lifting operations, work-at-height tasks, and the movement of abnormal loads to ensure safety and compliance. - Plan, prepare, and execute pre-job and post-job activities, including coordinating logistics, managing resources, and ensuring proper equipment readiness.
