Training my crew and secure him for any accidents. Flowing order of company man and tool posher and advise and discuss with him for any problems in the well. Prepar all papers of drilling like kill sheet and trip sheet. Keep my rig floor safe for any accident for my crew and flowing policy order and role. Maintenance préventive and procédure of my equipment Continue learning of any new procedures and roles and explained for my crew Prejob meeting. Down and up mast in rig move, Permit work,JSA,LIFTING PLAN ALL JOB I RIG FLLOR OR IN THE RIG MOVE Flowing procedure of shut in well of the company
