CTD HSE specialist Working within Schlumberger in CTD project on KUWAIT with client KOC, CTD Implemented 1st time on kuwait. Been a proactive member in HSE concerns during the start-up, comissioning on the Coild tubing drilling operation checking the compliance withing KOC procedures and kuwiat regulations such as: -Updating and preparing the rig move procedures including lifting opertaions and vehicle movement, rig up and rig down CTD equipement (tower, UBD equipement, CTD equipement)/environemnt procedures/risque registre. -Updating and revewi the PTW procedured checking the compliance withing SLB standard and KOC procedures for defferent CTD critical operations and flowing well. -Follow up and up date the training matrix to be comply with KOC and SLB required training. -follow up the supply of HSE equipement required for CTD project as par KOC contract and bridging document. -Updating and revewi the emergency responce plan in case of emergencies and condauct drills for defferent situtations (H2S, FIRE, MEDVAC......... RESCUE). -Been a value membre for promoting implementation of safety culture on CTD project such as conduct (trainings / daily pre-tour meeting / drills /inspections / safety compainge/HSE site induction and orientation weekly safety meeting /HSE leadership reveiw morning call). -Update the Observation card system on quest and all the inspections and audits, and follow up tha action items.
