Operate , Maintain and repair as necessary the engine cooling system, lube oil system, air system, fuel system (Cater pillar 3512 B • Inspecting drilling equipment on a daily basis and repairing & replacing parts as required. • Participation in and compliance with the permit to work system. • Instruct and supervise junior members of maintenance crews. • Preventive maintenance and servicing the screw compressor ATLAS COPCO (GA55 C) • Coordinating with maintenance engineer and scheduling preventive maintenance program. • Observing and implementing safety measures on assigned rig. • Annual maintenance and servicing the mud pump (BPC A 850 PT) • Maintenance of BOP Accumulator unit Cameron (Type 80). • Maintenance of rotary table. • Report deficiencies with respect to spare parts, tools etc., to the chief mechanic. • Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps. Handling different breakdowns that might occur during operation. Service and maintain Diesel engines (Caterpillar 3515, 3406, C13, C15, C18), Air Compressor, Mud Pumps, Top Drive, Draw works, Water Maker, BOP closing unit, Jacking System. Lifting Cranes (hydraulically operated). Centrifugal, gear and reciprocating pumps. I'm looking for a mechanic role in drilling rigs. Now I'm working in a Kuwait drilling company.
