Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and industry regulations. • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE matters, including training programs and safety awareness campaigns. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records. • Lead HSE awareness campaigns, providing guidance and training to staff at all levels. • Implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations. • Review and analyse accidents and near miss incidents and make corrective action recommendations. • Implementing and maintaining HSE management systems, e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
