This includes performing pre-job inspections on the N2 pump, confirming fluid and nitrogen levels, verifying calibration of gauges, and ensuring all safety systems are functional. During operations, the operator controls pumping rates, pressures, and temperatures, communicating continuously with the CT supervisor and other crew members to maintain stable and accurate nitrogen delivery, plus, supports the CT operator by helping with equipment rig-up and rig-down, connecting hoses, checking valves, and ensuring all lines are properly secured and leak-free. performs routine inspections, assists with monitoring parameters, and relays information between the operator and field crew.
