• Explaining to our employees regarding Refinery LSR, work permit system& required supporting documents, safe work procedures, HSE Policy, HSE objectives & targets. • Advice and counsel the contractor project manager, site-In-charge, engineer, supervisor, foreman & workers regarding statutory & legal required documents as per the refinery or petrochemical plant requirements. • Providing L1, L2 & L3 safety training to Tata power solar employees, Tata power project employees & Tata power solar contractors & sub-contractors. • Advice and counsel team members on safety matters through safety talk meetings, weekly meeting & toolbox talk meetings. • Preparing monthly HSE reports & statistics and share to respective client. • Conducting safety motivational program and given awards to workers & job supervisor on a quarterly basis to all plants. • Inspection and field audit of lifting tools and tackles, hand tools, power generator, tower light, air compressor & hoses, welding machine, air mover, high pressure water jetting machine & hoses, portable electrical equipment daily to all units. • Import training and related LTI messages explained to job supervisors and workers to avoid future accidents, incidents & near miss also validate them before starting job. • Sharing and explaining daily client observation to our team and conducting best safe work practice methods. • Conducting safety campaign monthly to all plant. • Verify that all measuring tools & lifting tools being used in the field are third party calibrated and safe to use. • Carry out safety observation & safety violation like near miss (unsafe act & unsafe condition) monthly to all plants. • Preparing safety documents &Field audit and inspection while execution of job. • Analysis plant wise safety trends & safety needs & audit of PTW system, LOTO System and particular activity related supporting safety documents. • Regular interaction with respective contractors, managers and others on safety related issues and further planning to best execution of safety to achieve zero accidents. • Creating risk assessments and implementing to the area & eliminate or minimize the hazards or to the acceptable level. • Before entering Rig site, conduct safety orientation training and daily TBT to our employees. • Third party inspection of fixed gas (H2S/LEL) system & fire extinguisher in onshore Rig site & Hoist area. • Ensure while execution of calibration and inspection of H2S/LEL we follow all safety
