My responsibilities include conducting internal and external HSE audits to ensure full compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable international regulations. I regularly perform workplace inspections and safety walk-throughs to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-conformities, and I initiate corrective and preventive actions accordingly. I organize and deliver HSE trainings, site inductions, and awareness sessions to ensure that all personnel clearly understand safety rules, procedures, and risk controls. I actively participate in meetings with management, contractors, and project teams, and prepare detailed reports, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow-up action plans. I closely monitor assigned actions and ensure their closure within defined due dates. All HSE-related data, statistics, and KPIs are systematically recorded and uploaded into designated HSE software systems and reporting platforms. A key part of my role is coaching, mentoring, and motivating personnel to actively participate in safe work practices. I focus on strengthening HSE culture at all organizational levels by promoting visible leadership, open communication, and positive safety behaviors. I attend and coordinate emergency response drills, evaluate their effectiveness, and prepare comprehensive drill reports. Additionally, I register safety observations, near misses, and unsafe acts, and analyze trends to support continuous improvement. I attend and conduct toolbox talks, general safety meetings, and Permit to Work (PTW) audits, ensuring that all activities are properly authorized and controlled. Through these activities, I contribute to maintaining a proactive, disciplined, and sustainable safety culture across the workplace.
