Maintenance planning Engineer and material coordinator. Responsible for planning of all PM/CM/shutdown work orders to ensure the achievement of KPI target. Follow up for materials with vendor and onshore maintenance shop. Responsible for the completion of work orders on time. Planning for major shutdown activities and continuous follow up for materials. Creation of follow up work orders as recommended by supervisors. Creation of RR for materials removed from the unit. Verifying received materials and update into log for easy identification during job execution. Preparing monthly and weekly reports. Creation of new material numbers. Creation of new assets and link materials with asset. Creation of backlog reports and circulate to supervisors and superintendent. Evaluation of PO and material amendment as per procurement team suggestion
