Accurate and up-to-date documentation of policies, procedures, data and investigations into near miss, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. Implementing (PSSR) Personnel Safety & Social Responsibilities in the minds of employee. Monitoring the prevail working conditions and ensures safe working practices in the company. Follow up on work permit systems and inspections, planning safety arrangements for the work carrying out at site. Maintaining General information report, Hazard condition & other requirements like equipment needs for First aid, PPE etc. Ensuring the standards of Emergency services like Fire Extinguishers, Hydrants, hoses, Fire suits, Dangerous gas detection Panels & Sensors, Immersion suits, Life Jackets, EEBD, SCBA, Eye wash Stations First Aid Box etc. Assist facilities in complying with all safety and health regulations and company’s guideline. Investigation of all Accidents, Incident, Near miss, Spills & Fires to find the root Causes and recommended corrective actions. Conducting & attending the HSE Meetings and provide technical support related to HSE issues. Expertise in hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations, and open forum discussions and by implementing safety training. etc… Maintaining and implementing the site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plan, Fire Fighting Plan and Emergency Evacuation Plan. Conducting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Site safety meeting and Preparing Monthly safety meeting topics. Conducting daily pre tour meetings before starting each work shift with all the crew members. Participating in the tool box talk meetings before commencing the job. Encouraging crew to carry out Last minute risk assessment before, during and after completion of job. Involved & carrying out chopper operations as Helicopter landing Officer (HLO). Providing good site safety induction for all the Personnel those who arrive onboard. Arranging & Conducting monthly Fire, Gas leak, First Aid and /or evacuation drills. Adopting and implementing Safety observation card program, encouraging all personnel onboard to actively participate in the Program on daily basis. Carrying out Health, Hygiene and food safety inspection on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, taking action on the short comes identified and preparing reports of the inspection. Preparing the Key Performance indicators (KPI) data on daily, weekly and monthly basis and sending to office.
