Follow up HSE daily activities for the rig (PTW, RA, JSA, PJSM, TBT, STOP Cards, stop work authority, Lifting plan, emergency drill, etc.).  Monitoring and follow up for the Rig and service contractor activities for instance “Lifting equipment, cranes, forklift, rig move, rig up/down operations, etc."  Follow up and update the electronic Corrective Action Tracking in my company electronic system.  Send daily report to Rig HSE Manager.  Conduct Training sessions for Rig crew concerning company HSE annually Training plan including awareness campaign.  Conduct Safety Stand down on the rig concerning any incident lesson learned or Bi-weekly HSE Bulletin.  Maintain and control daily Safety practices with regular checks of rig site, verify that hazards are identified; precautionary measures are taken and provide Safety advice to jobs Supervisors.  Participate in accident investigation involving personnel, Rig and equipment including dangerous occurrences. Analyzes causes, determines future action to reduce these occurrences, prepares and maintains statistical records of all incidents. Prepares periodic reports of incident/accident, highlighting and analyzing problem areas and recommending preventive measures.  Reviewing the emergency plan, commit with the Drill plan and has the right to conduct any unplanned emergency drills on rig through different objects/scenarios.  Ensure implementation and participation in tool box talk meetings. Responsible to Check HSE facilities "firefighting equipment, SCBA, F&G Systems" to be available in case of emergency.  Conduct regular competency assessment for rig crew after being fully aware with IEOC system for competency assessment program.  Supervise the critical jobs on the rig (casing, cementing, acid jobs.etc.)  Participate on monthly field HSE meeting with drilling and work over contractors.  Ensure the preservation of the environment's aspects as per environmental law.  Participate all external and internal audits/inspection will be done on assigned rig and upload all items raised in electronic corrective action register.  Manage emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organize emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aider  Ensure the effective communication and implementation of HSE policies and standards through rigs and  third0party contractors.  Assess safety culture for individuals, identifying gaps in personal risk perception and advise personal  development plan which include one-to-one coaching sessions to close out the defined gaps.  Coaching rig crew during lifting and rigging activities of rig up/down and move.
