1. Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System on the work site 2. Responsible in advising project management on the proper implementation of Project HSE Program 3. To coordinate, share knowledge and experience as a tool for HSE Program of the project 4. Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, 5. Monitoring Permit to Work activity 6. Review and develop HSE Plan, Procedure, Inspection, reporting and audit 7. Monitoring KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of contractor. 8. Coaching and review HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determine Controls) as per to site of job 9. Active involvement in development of Hazard identification, risk assessment and determining control the job site 10. Coordination work with Safety Inspector of contractor 11. Periodic Inspection tools, equipment and marine spread of contractor 12. Develop and monitoring safety drill of contractor like: Fire Drill, Medical and Evacuation Drill, Man Over Boat Drill, Master Point Drill, Rescue Drill, Oil Spill Drill and T-Card Drill 13. Monitoring and implementation of Peduli Card(Card Observation) to Contractor and T-Card activities. 14. Analysis and monitoring reporting of contractor like: Daily Report, Personal on Boat, STOP Card Report. 15. Training and induction of contractor. 16. Conduct to Safety Meeting (Daily, weekly, Safe Work Procedures briefing and induction to all workforce 17. Supervise, ensure and attend to all documentation/permit/license related to work place, safety, health & environmental 18. Report any incompatible work that is likely to pose a risk to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) of any worker/personnel in the worksite 19. Report & assist in the investigation of near miss, dangerous occurrences, incident/accidents and injuries immediately 20. Implementation SIKA (Sistem Izin Kerja Aman), SSD (safety Stand Down) Meeting 21. Monitoring Circle of CSMS (Contractors Safety Management System)
