Acting as QM-HSE document controller to ensure proper handling, filling, and maintenance of all HSE-related documents. • Shall follow HSE requirements by EDC lagging & leading and ensure of client compliance by bridging files. • Manages, reviews, and approves work products prepared by external contractors and ensures timely delivery of requested work products to regulatory agencies • Environmental Aspects Identification and Impact Assessments. • Provide in-depth analysis and regular updates on applicable law and regulations. • Provide regulatory compliance awareness and training for project leadership and contractors. • Coordinate regulatory compliance activity (e.g. environmental reporting). • Shall support and advice in the following QM-HSE management system SJA, PTW, RCA, and incident investigation, HSE meetings, STOP & equipment certification. • Follow, implement & conduct ERP emergency procedures as per EDC & client requirements • Participate in all kinds of drills, implement drill scenarios, and discuss findings and recommendations. • Reporting daily, weekly, monthly & annual HSE reports, meetings, inspections & KPI. • Support and help EDC management for achieving HSE policy & procedures in company locations. • Participate in QMS audits for EDC & client, report findings, follow up for open items in the time frame, and close findings by references. • Conduct HSE training for EDC employees, follow up & update training matrix, request external training for EDC employees as required, and conduct EDC induction for rig visitors. • Carry out HSE inspection for life-saving equipment, environmental zero discharge, and employees’ health & general rig hygiene. • Review, and evaluate all rig tasks to implement & update risk assessment to acceptable standards. • Shall be the liaison with certification bodies the class and governmental agencies’ labor/safety office in all matters related to HSE. • Participate in HSE annual plan and run different safety campaigns. • Conduct hazard hunt surveys/checks and conduct self-verification audits.
