 I prepared the safety and health documentation needed, including a project safety plan and related procedures.  Review of all HSE documents, like HSE Plan, construction manual, design diagram, previous records, risk assessment, method statement, etc., is available and approved before commencing the activity.  Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.  Staying up-to-date with safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to safety programs.  Maintaining accurate records of accident data and near-miss incidents, which can be used to identify problem areas.  I recommended measures to prevent employee injury, equipment damage, and improve operating methods.  I conducted drills to ensure emergency evacuation and rescue plans were effective.  I gave all levels of staff training on how to prevent injuries, fatalities, and occupational diseases, as well as how to prevent damage.  Conducted HSE activities delegated by the consultant HSE representative (i.e., HSE meetings, presentation of site progress reports, etc.)  I ensured adequate HSE coverage and compliance with PTW and supporting documents  I ensured that risks were assessed and suitable controls established, using the hierarchy of controls and consideration of design, information, and management to eliminate or minimize the risk.  Implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as client and local authority
