Serve as the sole HSE focal point for all onshore and offshore operations, supporting major clients such as ADNOC (onshore/offshore) and Dubai Petroleum. • Attend bid meetings and lead the submission of HSE documentation during pre-qualification and tender stages. • Develop and implement project-specific HSE Plans in compliance with client requirements, internal KPIs, and ADNOC’s Minimum HSE Requirements for Contractors. • Prepare and execute HSE Assurance Programs tailored to project scope and client expectations. • Conduct regular offshore visits to participate in weekly and monthly safety and welfare meetings with clients and site HSE teams. • Follow up on HSE concerns via meeting minutes and action trackers to ensure timely closure.
