● Review method of statements and prepare risk assessments. ● Monitoring, Updating and following project HSE master actions tracking register. ● Arranging HSE training to ensure the competency of the supervisor and the workforce. ● Assurance that the projects' contractors are in compliance with the project HSE expectations and identification of areas of noncompliance. ● Closely monitoring HSE performance for high risk activities at the field and highlight areas of concerns and opportunism for improvement. ● Implementation of necessary control measures to ensure that risks are reduced as low as reasonably practicable. ● Produce applicable HSE metrics, measurements and reports that track progress and results regarding recordable incidents, restricted duty incidents, lost time incidents, first aid incidents and near miss incidents. ● Take part of HSE Meetings for all hands, and other communications to keep crews updated and informed of changes related to HSE. ● Taking part in report, investigate and follow up all incidents ● Ensures that all maintenance and production activities on site are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company Safety policy. ● Provision of HSE advice to the project team. ● Reviewing subcontractor HSE plans and Emergency plans and Environmental plan. ● Participate in Task base risk assessment processes for all site activities. ● Take ownership for HSE weekly meeting. ● Monitor site activities are done in accordance with HSE procedures. ● Conducting site HSE audits, Safety observation and conversation (SOC), etc. ● Issuing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports. ● Issue project HSE site checklist, Issue monthly environmental and waste management reports. ● Issuing STOP cards Analysis. ● Implementation of five stars program, participating in safety man of the month celebrations. ● Issue initial incident announcement and final report. ● Review near miss reports and stop cards and issue corrective action request. ● COW, Isolation and safe working procedures registers up to date. ● Arranging HSE training to ensure the competency of the supervisor and the workforce. ● Participate in Task base risk assessment processes for all site activities. ● Participating in accidents and incidents investigation, reporting and follow up recommended actions to prevent recurrence.
