Extensive working experience in drilling oil and gas deviated wells, H2S , and well control operations ,safety inductions and other HSE related training programs strong quality assurance skills. - Maintaining HSE Management System in alignment with corporate requirements, legal regulations, and operational needs. onduct HSE induction and training for visitors and new staff by the company. - requirements., maintain training records and identify training requirements for the crew. - Auditing and monitoring of contractors and crew to ensure compliance with local legislation and Company Standards. - Organizing HSE award and recognition program. - Organizing and managing HSE wellbeing events. - Holding regular safety meetings with the relevant Base / Field crew. - Mentoring facility staff in the use of HSE data via internal systems. - Assisting with preparing and testing emergency response plans, including response drills. - Perform monthly HSE inspections and participate in hazard hunts. - Supporting the GZ EP / HAZMAT Coord with environmental due diligence activities. - Actively support the completion of the Global and MENA HSE Plans. - Maintain lines of professional communication with Clients and other external bodies. - Maintain and assist in the communication with Local National Regulatory or Legal or Governmental organization to a level commensurate to their role and function. - Participate in the daily coordination meeting to review operations - Participate in the Risk Assessments process relevant to the planned activities - Evaluate lagging and leading indicators. - Ensure all KPIs are achieved and recorded - Planning and mobilizing the HSE workforce. - Authority to stop work, prevent accidents, and manage damage. - Report safety matters to the OlM. - Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety instructions. - Enhance safety and environmental awareness onboard. - Maintain and update safety equipment certifications. - Conduct training and emergency drills. - Manage safety inductions for new crew and visitors. - Oversee gas measuring and personal protective equipment. - Assist with safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations. - Ensure compliance with lifting operations and chemical handling procedures. Supervise and maintain deck operations and equipment. - Handle waste management onboard - Ensure that all equipment are inspected and meets appropriate safety regulations. - Carry out Incident investigation, reporting Management, data extraction, and analysis to develop weekly/monthly reports on incidents.
