Assist in overseeing the day-to-day inbound and outbound terminal operation of Dangote Offshore Oil Terminal (DOOT) and Dangote Quays Lekki. Overseeing the coordination and provision of offshore Operation/maintenance materials to ensure safe, efficient, and effective marine operations (SPM). Lead tendering processes, contract management, and procurement of consumables and non-consumables for both offshore and shore facilities. Drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, including RFP issuance, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and legal collaboration. Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and the Marine Department’s Quality Management System. Actively support major infrastructure projects such as the Olokola Deep Sea Port (OKFTZ) and Dangote Jetty Expansion by interfacing with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, preparing detailed planning reports, managing scheduling, risk analysis, and progress tracking. Conduct regular contract performance reviews, implement change initiatives, and provide strategic updates to senior management to optimize operational and project outcomes.
