* Safety Department Leader * Direct interaction with various clients (Petrobras / TotalEnergies / Petronas / BP / Shell) to resolve non-conformities and ensure compliance with local requirements. * Control of safety equipment. * Manager of the non-conformity management system (Sondasmar, Synergi). * Onboard industrial safety routines (PT review, JSA, confined space). * Responsible for scheduling training. * Weekly and monthly reports on safety and training rates. * Preparation of daily pre-shift and weekly safety meetings. * Monitoring of external audits (Petrobras - RASMA/RAS/PAG, Classification Society, ANP, Navy, Ministry of Labor, IBAMA, CONAMA, Heliport, Flagship). * Monitoring and resolution of outstanding issues arising from audits. * Ensuring that everyone complies with the company's HSE policy. * Providing safety instructions for new employees and visitors. * Daily rig rounds to ensure safety procedures are being followed. * Conducting onboard training on equipment and emergency procedures. * Conducting emergency training, firefighting, SOPEP, helipad training, etc. * PPE control. * Conducting weekly/monthly inspections of onboard safety-related equipment. * Sending weekly reports to the client. * Completing accident/incident reports (RAL/TAPROOT/CADO/RDI)
