Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and management plans; conducting regular risk assessments, hazard identifications, site inspections, and audits to identify potential dangers; and enforcing compliance I write HSE reports on the field and also suggest safety ideas to management to help better the oil and gas industry. I was also responsible for training new employees and those who would like to enroll in HSE courses. I also helped in branding and advertising of packages to potential candidates to enroll with my organization so we would train them for the industry. I write bi-monthly report to management on activities under my supervision. I help organize seminars in university institutions so as to help educate out-going students the opportunities that lies ahead of them the oil and gas industry.
