Materials & Inventory Management: Coordination and procurement of drilling/maintenance materials, updating computer stock control, performing physical inventory counts, and managing material inward/outward processes. Logistics & Documentation: Receipt of sea/air-freight materials as per PO specifications, preparing manifests, materials tracking reports, and managing material documentation. Experienced in proper stacking and identification of materials through system catalogue’s (EAM, SAP) Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Raising purchase requisitions, close follow-up with the purchase department, establishing vendor/sub-contractor selection criteria (Approved Supplier List), and verifying condition/quality of received goods. Store Operations & Efficiency: Conducting technical evaluation of stock items (ABC analysis), managing slow-moving/non-moving item preparing surplus/obsolete/scrap material reports and ensuring general maintenance and upkeep of stores. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of drilling equipment and standards and experience with rig hazards and risk controls. Proficient in using SAP, NAVISION, ERP, TALLY, NEAM, & Microsoft Office.
