o Carry out Hazard identification & Risk Assessments in coordination with the operation teams, develop & implement its mitigation plan as ALARP basis. o Ensure implementation of HSE Management System during Drilling and associated activities for protection of people, Asset, Reputation and Environment. o Development and the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 o Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences. o Organize HSE programs to raise the level of HSE awareness among employees. o Participates in the development and implementation of safety & loss prevention policies and procedures. Review safety manuals, procedures, documents, and method statements and recommends appropriate amendments. o Coordination with Clients on various HSE concerns, through walk down & meetings. o Coordinate and organize HSE meetings such as HSE. Committee meetings (for both Company and Contractors) to discuss all relevant issue pertaining to Health. o Prepare Emergency evacuation plan for the work site, work shop and office areas and organize and conduct onsite fire drills, H2S & Rescue drills and Fire emergency response drills o Ensure implementation of PTW (Permit To Work) and responsible to inspect work permit area ensure implementation of appropriate work permit procedures, equipment, personal protective equipment, and communicate any hazards not noted on existing work permit.. o Conduct the Training ( Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Ground Distribution, Lifting Operation, Fire o Fighting and First Aid, H2S drills ) o Monitoring of heavy and critical lifting activities o Responsible to provide overall administration, technical guidance and leadership complying, interpreting implementing all o clients and regulatory requirements regards H.S.E o Responsible to maintain safety records, training records, environmental files and all documents safety programs. o Responsible to assist in conducting rig safety orientation for all newly assigned personnel. o Responsible to prepare safety reports at the end of each month and forward to Head Office / Operations office and rig management office. o Conduct HSE internal Training program, prepare and issue Safety Violation Notices. o Prepare Plan and execution of rig move operations
