Enforce adherence to the NTPC Work Permit System by the main contractor. • • Review and approve critical safety documentation, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Safe Work Method Statements, and the overall EHS Plan. • Verify that all vendors and sub-contractors comply with client EHS requirements and relevant governing bodies. Coordinate ISO 50001:2018 internal audits (Energy Management System). • Lead regular site inspections and safety walk-throughs. • • Participate in all accident and incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. • Ensure and track the effective delivery of mandatory safety trainings and site-specific Toolbox Talks (TBTS) by main contractors and sub-contractors. • Engage in Safety Committee Meetings, mass TBTS, and EHS motivational programs to actively promote a strong safety culture.
