 HSE Survey at offshore project.  Anchor Pattern checking, anchor position, Anchor line & Anchor buoy Wire tension checking.  High Pressure hydro testing.  Scaffolding safety inspection and Material handling.  Assistance in solving safety related problems, and making recommendation for improving safety  Inspect all requirements related to safety is adequate prior to co-ordinating permit to work authorization.  Ensure compliance of PPE’s by all personnel at work site.  TBT, JSA and Safety Inductions at site.  Conduct Monthly Safety incentive program.  Conducting Mock drills (Emergency, Fire & H2S), Induction and training to work force.  To prepare UA-UC.  Ensure Permit to work for all activities.  Ensure appropriate disposition of waste.  Operate Gas detection equipment.  Assist the corporate team in investigation of accidents.  Maintain records of certificates.
