 Promote COMPANY SHES POLICY, Incident Free and Golden Rules to all COMPANY and CONTRACTOR personnel.  Conduct Specific Hazard on Commissioning Phase, such as: Acid Plant, Slag Concentrator, Electro Refinery.  Attend/conduct regular SHES coordination meetings with contractor  Conduct internal SHES inspections and deliver SHES induction and training.  Ensure adequate SHES reporting in line with Company procedures and monitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site.  Conducts training needs analysis for employees related to SHES Policy and Procedures.  Maintains a documented inventory of SHES training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of SHES training is maintained against all employees and contractors.  Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of SHES training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.  Support the development and delivery of the SHES Training Programs  Support the depelopment of new SHES training courses as determined by the needs of the project to address specific hazards, trends or the need for refresher training by project workers.  Identify and implement appropriate strategies and training programs related to HSE.
