Provide technical and operational support for coiled tubing, stimulation, and production operations in upstream oil & gas projects Plan, supervise, and execute coiled tubing and stimulation jobs including milling, shearing, abrasive perforation, sand plug placement, cleanouts, fishing, well killing, and E-coil perforations Independently supervise N₂ kick-off operations and stimulation jobs in carbonate and sandstone reservoirs Perform field job calculations and ensure execution in line with approved job proposals and client requirements Prepare and manage complete pre-job and post-job documentation including job proposals, service tickets, post-job reports, invoices, AFEs, and cash calls Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and third-party service providers to manage job planning, execution, and changes Operate coiled tubing units and stimulation equipment; implement coiled tubing string management procedures Oversee rig-up, job execution, and standalone equipment maintenance while ensuring operational safety and efficiency Monitor and analyze daily production data; prepare production forecasts and update technical databases Review workover reports, prepare job write-ups, and compile weekly and monthly operational progress reports Support economic feasibility evaluations and contribute to technical tender reviews to maximize job profitability Manage equipment mobilization, inventory control, housekeeping, and equipment redressing including downhole tools and pressure control equipment Assist and mentor junior staff and trainees; act as lead engineer during field operations when required
