Provide technical HSSE supports to the FPSO operations, ensure HSE compliance to both state and international regulations and company HSSE policies are followed. Prepare weekly, daily and monthly HSSE reports and keep proper data base.. Conduct In house training for crew and keep proper data base. Keep track of daily STOP observation cards and send to the office and ensure follow open item in STOP observation are closeout. (Corrective Action Register CAR). Monitored and ensure proper gas test is carried out daily on water Wells and during Hot work been carried out on Well head and other strategic hazardous areas on the Rig site. Conduct accident/Incident investigation. Attend daily PTSM/PJSM meetings and discuss work plan for the day. Ensure all lifting gears are in proper condition with adequate color code. Daily check/week/monthly of all lifesaving safety equipment. Spot auditing of PTW/JSA/TRIC management and ensure risk assessment is in place while working. Ensure all ERP are strictly followed with regular conduction of weekly drills. Liaise with site senior team for regular weekly drills - H2S / fire and others are conducted. Ensure all pollution control equipment and tools are always available with required stock. . Advice and involved in the weekly rig inspections and ensure follow up of open action to ensure closeout. Maintain database of all HSE equipment and monitoring drop object register. Actively monitored equipment and personnel during mobilization operations as a critical task and ensure adequate risk assessments are followed and comply with. Advise third party truck drivers of proper journey management during equipment move operations. Ensure the general objective of IIF (Incident Injury Free conductive environment is maintained among the workforce. Maintain activities corrective action registers (CAR) and ensure closeout of open items. Maintain database of PPEs issuance to crew. Monitor daily operation with emphasis to ensure SOPs & that of the contractors are followed in terms of compliance. Ensuring adequate accident investigation data base is kept with follow up action points. Adequate monitoring of SIMOP operations especially when producing Wells are running in same platforms while drilling activities are ongoing and ensure adequate risk assessments are followed Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/safety meetings are conducted by the contractors . Carry out safety audits & reviews & lead safety meetings for the work group. Regular audit/inspections of client`s service partners equipment compliance toward company safety-Contractor Health Environment Safety Management (CHESM) and ensure action items are tracked and ensure proper closeout. Monitor proper handling of radioactive sources during well logging operations. Maintain good data base of reports and give support to shore base at time of need.
