• Oversee end-to-end material management operations, including planning, procurement coordination, receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials. • Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock monitoring, cycle counts, and physical stock verification. • Maintain optimum stock levels by analyzing consumption trends and coordinating with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking. • Handle GRN, MRN, SRV, issue vouchers, and other material movement documentation in compliance with company procedures. • Manage warehouse operations ensuring proper storage, preservation, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices. • Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects. • Ensure all materials comply with specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Supervise and guide storekeepers and warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety regulations. • Conduct material reconciliation between physical stock and system records; investigate and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock aging reports, consumption analysis, and audit support documents. • Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with company and client requirements. • Manage obsolete, surplus, and scrap materials in line with company disposal procedures. • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. • Utilize ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Maximo or similar) for inventory tracking, reporting, and documentation. • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound materials, including site transfers and returnable items.
