Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA/JHA), inspections, and audits to identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. Administer Permit to Work (PTW) systems and monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and work at height. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training to promote safety awareness and a strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws, standards, and project procedures. Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures; maintain accurate HSE records and reports. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills, first aid readiness, and fire prevention. Liaise with operations, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve HSE issues and drive continuous improvement. Monitor environmental aspects, waste management, and housekeeping standards. Support management by providing HSE performance data, recommendations, and leadership to achieve zero harm objectives.
