I have extensive experience managing and coordinating Maintenance material backload and subcontracting activities, ensuring smooth and timely movement of materials between offshore and onshore operations. As the focal point between Warehouse teams and Maintenance stakeholders, I maintained continuous material flow for repair, refurbishment, certification, and return to stock. My responsibilities included creating subcontract PRs/POs, freight-forward PRs, and verifying material data and certificates in SAP, PALM, and iView for lifting, mechanical, electrical, and piping equipment. I coordinated with third‑party quality inspectors for certification, recertification, and color coding of lifting gear, while negotiating refurbishment, calibration, and transportation costs with service vendors. I also collaborated with TADM for reviewing and approving repair proposals when required. I developed procedures to enhance Maintenance material management, issued regular KPI‑based status reports, and provided administrative support to both onshore and offshore teams. Additionally, I contributed to vendor performance evaluations, resolved contract‑related issues, and validated vendor invoices through Kofax workflow in coordination with cost controllers. I worked closely with HSE and management to arrange PTW for vendor inspections and consistently secured better rates and terms through effective supplier negotiations. My role ensured operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across Maintenance material processes.
