My background includes practical field exposure across multiple upstream operations, with a strong focus on artificial lift systems. I have worked extensively with different types of pumps, gaining experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and efficient production performance. In addition to artificial lift, I have practical experience in drilling operations and drilling fluids, where I supported well construction activities, monitored drilling parameters, and assisted in maintaining safe and efficient drilling performance. This experience has strengthened my understanding of wellbore stability, fluid properties, and drilling optimization. I have also been involved in research and development activities focused on long-term production challenges in the oil and gas industry. This includes analyzing recurring operational issues, evaluating performance data, and contributing to technical solutions aimed at improving production sustainability and reducing downtime. Through these roles, I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
