Coordinated HSE improvement plan on 2000 HP rigs for Saudi Aramco drilling and workover operations. Ensure full compliance with client HSE requirements, company HSE policies, and local regulatory standards during fracturing and pressure pumping operations. Review and approve Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements for all frac unit activities. Identify hazards related to high-pressure pumping, chemicals, iron lines, manifolds, hoses, noise, vibration, and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS). Verify implementation of control measures and stop unsafe work when required. Coordinate HSE aspects during SIMOPS involving drilling, fracturing, wireline activities. Conduct daily HSE inspections of frac units, pump trucks, chemical storage, manifolds, high-pressure lines, and work areas. Report, record, and investigate incidents, near misses, spills, equipment failures, and high-potential events. Verify availability and compliance of MSDS/SDS on site. Monitor spill prevention, waste segregation, and disposal in line with environmental regulations. Implement and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for fire, chemical spill, high-pressure release, and medical emergencies. Support management in achieving Zero Harm & LTI-free operations. HSE
