Worked in Carry out the Installation, Shutdowns activities and Corrective, Preventive Maintenance of electrical equipment’s such as MCC, LV & MV switchgear, LV & MV motors, pumps, control panels, PDP, Circuit Breakers (V, VCB, ACB, MCB & MCCB), UPS panel .Refinery power plant total 6 engines 3 engines 2.5 MW and 3 engines 6.8MW in refinery and All plants site lighting circuits checks and rectify modifying to new lights installation and troubleshooting lights and his control panels, JB’s, Cables, Cable trays and other associated plant Isom plant,HDS plant,Lummus plant, HYU,Amine Unit, HBU,HCU plant.  Performed electrical-related wiring and installation for commercial construction projects, including new construction, retrofits, remodels and plant expansions.  Experience in automation systems (DCS, PLC) of engineering, start-up&commissioning, trouble-shooting and upgrades activities.  Install and connect all types of wiring, conduit and apparatus.  Check and inspection of all electrical equipment.  Maintain and understand all plant voltage applications.  Monitor/inspection of transformers, Switchgears, MCC’s. Sub Stations, Bus Ducts, Cable Trenches and other equipment’s according to the companies SE&Q policy.  Monitoring evaluate problems Electrical tests such as ground-fault, ground resistance, insulation resistance, polarized index (PI), polarity, continuity, capacity, load and other electrical field’s tests as required.  Installation and maintenance of power and control system in water treatment, cooling towers and distillation plants.  Installation and maintenance of Distribution Transformer up to (11KV/6.6KV/ 415V).  Installation and maintenance of motor starter (Star Delta, Forward Reverse Starter, DOL & VFD Drives).  Provide Assistance in scheduling and executing the maintenance of power generation and distribution system..  Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.  Identify and report, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.  Provide assistance to E&I engineer & other seniors in scheduling and executing the maintenance of all the electrical systems.  Perform all Electrical jobs of plant to comply with company health, Safety and Environment as well as work Permit, Lock Out/ Tag Out policies and procedures.  Installation, repairing, Testing, Joining, glanding and terminating of electrical wiring and cables.  Ensure the availability of optimized inventory of Electrical related spares, tools and equipment.  Knowledge of Maintenance and operating procedures related to equipment or facilities being worked on.  Monitor, rectify/repair electrical systems & services and maintain/update records on daily bases in CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) & Maximo.
