Toolbox Talk conduct before all jobs. Have a good knowledge around 5 years working experience in oil and gas field. Experience of all gas compressors like reciprocating type, centrifugal type screw type compressors. Planned my team members worked schedule, employee goal setting, build up teamwork for my team member available for specific task follow my safety and work to permit procedures and timing management. Submit everyday work report and planning work, sense of urgency for breakdown jobs, monthly planning maintenance & reports.
