Perform general rig operations supporting drilling, maintenance, and production activities. Assist in handling, loading, unloading, and securing drilling equipment, pipes, tubulars, and materials. Carry out rig floor and deck operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe work environment. Support lifting, rigging, and crane operations by attaching slings, shackles, and guiding loads under supervision. Assist skilled personnel such as drillers, mechanics, and electricians during routine and non-routine tasks. Conduct basic maintenance activities including painting, chipping, greasing, and corrosion control. Monitor tools and equipment for defects and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Strictly follow company HSE policies, participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills. Use personal protective equipment correctly and promote a strong safety culture on site. Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work long shifts in harsh weather conditions. Apply on-the-job experience to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Support new crew members by sharing practical knowledge and best safety practices.
