I performed the fault troubleshooting. I read and understand the P&ID drawings, loop drawing and other drawing. Checking calibration of plant instruments such as pressure, level, flow, mov etc. Troubleshooting & maintenance of instruments and control system of the plant. Routine preventive maintenance of the plant. Worked with HSE rules and regulations. Follow the work permit standers. Daily log book writing Emergency faults handling. Install & Commission* - Set up sensors, transmitters, control valves, analyzers per P&IDs & specs. - Wire & pipe per loop diagrams (4-20mA, HART, pneumatic, etc.). *Calibrate & Validate* - Verify accuracy using test tools (multimeter, calibrator, simulator). - Document calibration certificates & update tags. *Preventive Maintenance (PM)* - Schedule & perform routine checks (clean, lubricate, inspect). - Spot early wear/failure signs (vibration, drift, corrosion). *Corrective Maintenance / Troubleshooting* - Diagnose faults using schematics, DCS trends, loop checks. - Replace/repair failed components fast — minimize downtime. *Loop Testing & Commissioning* - Simulate inputs, verify output response. - Confirm control system logic & alarms work as designed. *Documentation & Reporting* - Write clear shift reports, tag logs, work orders. - Update as-built drawings, P&IDs, calibration records. *Safety & Compliance* - Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space, HAZMAT protocols. - Use PPE, calibration gases, and certified tools.
