Dammam Saudia arabia - August 2023 to till to date. • Basic Function To manage effectively and in line with company policies and Procedures All Sap Trainings and Inventory stock control aspects and purchasing Including • But not limited to: • Assets and Inventory listing and physical counts • Identify items conditions and notify management with any required action ( need repair , Junk , etc ) • Accepts and reviews orders received for accuracy • Maintains orderly inventory • Keeps accurate records of parts into and out of warehouse inventory, include tabulating and recording data on inventory costs and supply levels to ensure an accurate and cost efficient inventory of supplies • Monitor requisitions / requests, quantities being ordered and also utilization of correct Descriptions when needed • Review the availability of the items within the company before purchasing • Obtain the right approvals prior to purchasing • Monitor inventory tends and recommend actions to be taken to rationalize ordering and also transfer, sale, and disposal of overstocked and excess inventory • Maximize the utilization of available items between Locations • Effectively utilize of ERP for all stores operations and ensure all transactions are timely and accurately recorded in the ERP system • Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory based on the instruction from Head Office • Run, Review and Manage Weekly Cycle Count on ABC analysis • Reconcile Inventory Discrepancies • Follow-up and Manage In-transit Inventory • Responsible for Initiating the Asset Disposal Request and Follow-up till Process Closing • Ensure compliance to all Materials Management and Quality Assurance procedures/ HSE procedures through adequate documentation to ensure safe storage and supply without risks
