AEP (Authorized Electrical Person) for ADNOC Gas Isolation /De-isolation and Earthing of generation and distribution circuits. Carrying out Isolation /De-isolation of High / low voltage electrical circuits up to 132KV for production and maintenance works as per company Isolation /De-isolation policies and work permit systems. Performs switching activity at high voltage levels and coordinate for isolation, de-isolation and earthing of system before handover to maintenance  Supervises, Directs and controls a team of Electrical Supervisor / technicians, responsible for the operation & maintenance of Electrical equipment installed in assigned areas.  Provides support, technical and administrative guidance to company and contract technical staff.Contractor Management: Monitor and verify contractor manpower, manage team deployment, ensure contractor safety, support risk assessments, and ensure proper field implementation of plans  Financial Planning: Develop OPEX and CAPEX plans for site electrical requirements  Plans and sets work order priorities and accordingly originates / endorses Critical / Hot / Cold work permit in conjunction with operations and other Maintenance disciplines.  Re-views of the relevant drawings to as build status when projects completed and submittal to Drafting for As-build status. Ordering Materials and spare-parts inventory using -Maintenance MAXIMO / SAP system.  Participates in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns. Compiles and submits technical work and detailed root cause failure analysis (RCA) reports as and when required.  Electrical Safety Implementation: Implement Electrical Safety Rules, develop work instructions, procedures, and method statements, and coordinate with Safety SMEs for ESR audits and reviews  Provides/ Re-views technical specification for procurement of new equipment.
