Instrument and control system components maintenence and troubleshooting. Investigate trip/abnormality causes, analyze trends/alarms, routine PMs, attending CMs Check, calibrate, test various field instruments including fire and gas system • Verify the function logic tests for system, sub- systems along with supporting documents like I/O list, alarm/set point lists, control narrative, shutdown philosophy, process flow diagram, C & E matrix etc. • Supervise/execute site activities like checking, calibrating, repairing, installation of different kinds of pneumatic and electronics instrument applied in plant such as smart transmitters, flow meters, switches, converters, controllers, control valves, shut off valves, MOV’s etc. • Expertise in routine calibration, bump tests, logic checks for the FGS systems: Gas detectors (Combustible/Toxic/H2/O2, open path), Fire detectors (UV/IR, IIIR), fire suppression systems (CO2/FM200)
