• Perform laboratory testing and quality assurance for cement and drilling fluids in accordance with API standards. • Conduct cement slurry evaluations including thickening time, compressive strength, free water, and rheology analysis. • Carry out drilling fluid (mud) testing such as density, viscosity, gel strength, and fluid loss. • Prepare and review technical laboratory reports to support drilling and cementing operations. • Calibrate, inspect, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. • Ensure full compliance with HSE and quality assurance procedures during all laboratory activities. • Support field engineers by providing accurate test data and technical recommendations under high-pressure operational conditions. • Train and supervise junior laboratory technicians on testing procedures and safety practices. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve testing efficiency and operational performance.
