Also complete overhauling of different types pumps installed at plants. • Maintenance of High pressure vessels. • Maintenance of Over head fins forced type air cooled vapor condensers. • Execution of Fabrication Welding and installation job of Pig Decoking arrangement at Charge heater of the plant. • Re-Tubing of different types of Tube bundles of heat exchanger. • Mechanical seals (Mating face) lapping. • Maintenance of steam traps. • Keeping maintain the inventory levels of spares of the mechanical stationary and rotary equipment’s of plants • Application of the relevant HSEQ procedures during maintenance work. • Implementation of Maximo software (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Checks availability of materials ensures the withdrawal and reports stock status to Maintenance Engineering Department.
