Performing calibration, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of field instruments such as pressure transmitters, pressure Switch ,Level switch, Temperature gauge, pressure gauge،Vortex, DP, flow transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, RTD, Thermocouple, MOV, Open Path Gas Detectors, Gas detectors Flammable and Toxic ,On/Off Valve ,Solenoid valves, Master Choke valves, Fisher, Valtech ,ABB Flow Control Valve. SCSSV, SSV and ESDV, Pneumatic & hydraulic actuators. as per supervisor and engineer instructions. • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on wellhead Christmas tree ,Gas lift unit and crude oil process instruments to ensure smooth operation. • Troubleshoot and maintain of Master Choke Valves,ensuring proper operation and flow control • Inspection and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems related to wellhead control penels including SCSSV, SSV, and ESDV. • Conduct gas detection and monitoring in hazardous areas when necessary. • Conduct fault-finding and preventive maintenance (PM) activities for( RTU PANELS , MARSHALLING CABINET, SYSTEM CABINET, ESD CABINET, F&G system CABINET) • Support in fault finding by checking control loops, I/O modules, communication errors, and device status through the DCS • Troubleshooting and configuration of Fieldbus and HART protocol devices • Troubleshooting and Fault removing in Siemens PLCS7-400 • Configure test MOVs Models Auma, Biffi,Rotork • Carry out Troubleshooting maintenance and inspection of Schlumberger (MPFM) Multiphase flow meter. • Emergency shutdown valve (ESD) Identifying and resolving issues with ESDV performing routine inspections to detect potential problems. Regularly testing and maintaining ESDV to ensure reliable operation .
