Work with the operation team to support HSE & SQ matters. Support the team to comply with the HMS policies and procedures. Daily, weekly & monthly HSE reports and statistics. Daily, weekly & monthly inspections of Safety critical equipment. Hazard hunts, Daily, weekly & monthly safety meetings with the crew & customer representatives. Sharing the learning from incidents safety alerts, Updating training matrix and follow up with the team. Tier 1 assurance audits for PTW. Updating the lifting gears registers. Conducting toolbox talks, stand down meetings with the crew. Supervising routine site visits, pre mobilisation & post rig down . Conducting emergency drills as per the HSE plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. Highlighting the low & high points of the emergency drills, educating the crew on the deficiencies and encouraging to comply with the standard requirements.
