Executed corrective maintenance strategies, enhancing instrument reliability and conducting routine preventive maintenance on running plant. Performed installation, calibration, and serviced various transmitters, control valves, on/off valves, positioners, PSVs, SOVs, IGVs, blow-off valve, regulators, I/P convertors, limit switeches, RTD, and T/C. Orchestrated Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including meticulous loop checks and function test of control systems and field instruments. Performed major shutdown maintenance and overhaul projects, dismantling, reassembling, simulating, Calibration and repair/ replace defective components for control instruments/systems. Prepare and aquire necessory tools and spare prts for instruments maintenance tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in optimum condition and ensures the calibration validity of all equipment is retained and is available during any maintenance process, in compliance with all SHE & Company policies, procedures and standards. Conducted linearity check, Calibration and Fixing of Redial, Axial, Velocity & Speed probes and Proximeter, documenting all results accurately. Interpreted P&ID, ILD, Hook-up drawing, and electrical schematics to facilitate effective maintenance and installation precedures. Collaborated with field operation during machine startup and coordinated with mechanical/Electrical teams for instrument-related maintenance activities. Ensured strict adherence to all company HSE policies and procedures, and actively perticipating in fire and safety department initiatives during emergency situation.
